Delicious Dining Options

During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of dining options available. The D'Oriental restaurant became our favorite, and we visited it multiple times for its delectable offerings. The La Hacienda restaurant surprised us with an amazing salad bar that exceeded our expectations. Each meal was a delight, complimented by stunning views of the ocean while dining at the beach buffet.

Fun for Kids!

The kids club at the resort was a fantastic feature. My children had a blast participating in activities, from treasure hunts to painting faces. The staff, especially Ms. Areli, made them feel welcome and engaged, which allowed us some time to relax knowing they were having fun. It made our family vacation much more enjoyable!

Comfortable and Spacious Room

Our room was well-designed, providing us with a comfortable space to unwind after a day of adventures. It featured a spacious balcony with amazing views of the surrounding nature, including monkeys and exotic birds. Beautiful Pools and Relaxation

The pool areas at the resort were beautiful and inviting. I loved participating in water aerobics sessions led by the enthusiastic staff. The main pool was large and rarely felt overcrowded, which allowed for a relaxing atmosphere to sunbathe and enjoy cocktails. I spent many hours lounging poolside, soaking in the stunning weather.

I had a great holiday overall, but the check-in process was a bit frustrating with a long wait. The location is fantastic for visiting nearby attractions and the amenities such as pools and food options were good. However, the service, especially during our stay, could be improved as we faced issues with room cleaning and reservations for dinner. Still, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort in Mexico! The staff was incredibly friendly and made our experience special, especially in the Royal Club. The dining options were good, with the Oriental restaurant being a personal favorite, although the buffet could have had a better selection. The location, set in the jungle with lovely wildlife, was stunning. Unfortunately, the pool water was too cold for swimming, and some other guests were quite rude at times.
